After check-in, you’ll hop into an ATV with your local guide and explore the coffee farm while learning about the history of coffee cultivation in this region, dating back to the 1820s. Along the way, you’ll see how young coffee trees are grown and cared for today and gain insight into sustainable farming practices used on the property.

Guests will plant their own Hawaiian coffee tree, creating a hands-on connection to the land and the future of coffee farming in Hawaii. The tour continues by following the full coffee journey from tree to cup, including how coffee is harvested, processed, and prepared.

You’ll then participate in the roasting and bagging of coffee right on the farm, experiencing firsthand how green coffee beans are transformed into freshly roasted Hawaiian coffee. This hands-on portion completes a true farm-to-cup Hawaiian coffee experience.
