OUR STORY
Our story began over 23 years ago when one man embarked on a journey that would change the course of his life. As he traveled a gravel road near his home, he often dreamt of the beautiful expanse of land that lay before him—a hundred acres of rolling hills and pure beauty, but in need of stewardship.
Through conversations with the landowner, he formed a bond and a vision, but the dream of owning that land seemed distant. Despite facing financial challenges, and then the land being subdivided by a developer, he was somehow able to acquire one parcel, setting the foundation for what would become a remarkable journey.
A short time after, four other families, who had also been captivated by the beauty and significance of the land and shared in the dream of sustainable farming, acquired their own pieces of property—each unaware of their connection to one another’s fate.
When they finally met, it was evident that they were united by a common vision: to create a small community dedicated to farming, cultural practices, and sustainability. Together, they formed a close-knit community, sharing knowledge, resources, and friendship.
Today, as partners in Ohana Ranch, they have transformed their dreams into reality, collectively stewarding this beautiful land.
