  • Q: Where does the tour take place?
    A: This experience takes place at Ohana Ranch, a working farm located in Mountain View on the Big Island of Hawaii, just 15 minutes from Hilo.

  • Q: What is included in the baby goat experience?
    A: You’ll get to bottle-feed our baby goats, cuddle and play with them, meet our full herd, learn about farm life in Hawaii, and take great photos—all on a peaceful family-run ranch.

  • Q: How long is the tour?
    A: The full baby goat experience lasts about 2 hours, including bottle-feeding, playtime, and a quick intro to the farm.

  • Q: Is this experience good for kids?
    A: Absolutely! This is one of the most family-friendly animal experiences on the Big Island. Kids love bottle-feeding the goats and having safe, supervised time to cuddle and play.

  • Q: What should I wear to the farm?
    A: We recommend wearing comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little dusty. Closed-toe shoes are also recommended, as you'll be walking around the farm and interacting with animals.

  • Q: Do I need any experience to participate?
    A: Nope! This tour is beginner-friendly and perfect for first-time visitors to a farm or anyone who just loves animals.

  • Q: Will we see other animals besides goats?
    A: Yes! While the focus is on baby goats, you may also see our chickens, sheep, cows, and other animals that live on the farm.

  • Q: Can I take photos during the experience?
    A: Yes! We encourage you to bring your phone or camera—there will be plenty of photo-worthy moments during your time with the goats.

  • Q: Is this an outdoor tour?
    A: Yes, the entire baby goat experience takes place outdoors on our open-air farm. It’s a great way to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful Big Island scenery while spending time with animals.

  • Q: Do you offer free parking?
    A: Yes! We offer free on-site parking at Ohana Ranch for all guests.

  • Q: What if it rains?
    A: Light rain doesn't stop the fun—we'll continue the tour unless weather conditions become unsafe. If we need to cancel due to heavy rain, you’ll be notified and can reschedule or receive a full refund.
